Welcome to Judah Crawford's Portfolio
The purpose of my foundational website, judah-crawford.stream, is to serve as my personal portfolio: a central place where I can showcase my projects, assignments, and growing web development skills. As a Computer Information Systems major at DMACC, I wanted a home base on the web that presents who I am as a developer and documents the work I produce along the way. The site includes a home page with a short introduction, an About page, a Contact page, and a direct link to my CIS515 projects, so visitors can move easily from learning about me to seeing what I've actually built.
More than anything, this website represents my learning journey in this course. Every page I write, every line of HTML and CSS I add, and every design decision I make reflects something I've learned about structuring content, building clear navigation, and creating a layout that works well for the people who use it. My interest in programming began years ago with Roblox, grew through making games in Lua, and continued with Minecraft modding in JavaScript using KubeJS, so this portfolio feels like the next natural step: turning that curiosity into something polished and public.
Because the site is a foundation, I expect it to change over time. As I complete new assignments and pick up new techniques, I'll add them here, which means the portfolio will always show my current skill level rather than a frozen snapshot. Looking back at earlier versions will also let me see how much I've improved, from my first basic pages to more thoughtful, professional work.
Finally, I hope this website shows potential employers, instructors, and collaborators that I care about understanding how things work and then making them better, and that I'm committed to continuing to grow as a web developer well beyond this course.
